だんだん顔らしくなってきた。この大理石は、先日完成した作品の大理石とはまったく異なる。純白で、目が詰まっていて、彫りにくいが、細かい細工が可能だ。彫刻家の最大の報酬は、こうして彫ること（自体）だとつくづく感じる。Gradually This marble is different from the marble which I used for the previous work. This marble is pure white and has dense crystals, so it is not easy to sculpt, but it is possible to sculpt in detail. I'm fully convinced that the biggest reward for sculptors is to sculpt itself like this.
