Under knees （膝から下）

It was one of elaborate parts. It was difficult to make legs, half side of them buried in the marble. Because, if I sculpted too much, then effects of half buried would become useless.
苦心した部分の一つ。片側が大理石に埋まった状態で、脚を作るのは難しい作業だった。なぜなら、彫りすぎてしまうと、半分埋まった効果が台無しになるからだ。
